Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and schedules may need to change; however, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments affect not only our schedule but also prevent other clients on the waitlist from accessing our services. To maintain fairness and the smooth running of the studio, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation & No-Show Fees- Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to the full treatment cost.
- No-shows will also be charged the full treatment amount.
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable without adequate notice.
This policy ensures appointment availability is respected and allows us to offer exceptional service to all clients.
Appointment RemindersAs a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note this is a reminder only — it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
If we are unable to reach you due to an incorrect contact number or other issue, this does not exempt you from the cancellation policy.
